Instructions

1. You will select a user name and password.

2. Place your order with a credit card or bank check card with the Visa or MasterCard logo.

3. Your username and password allows you to log on immediately to our customer site where you can start the test

4. After logging on, you can enter the information needed to prepare all of your bankruptcy documents. The information you enter for the test will be saved automatically so that you can stop at any time and return to continue.

After submitting your payment information, be sure not to reload the page or to click any button until the payment has been authorized by your bank. If you are in doubt as to whether your payment went through, check your email for the confirmation message before trying again.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy takes into account the fact that our product is electronic in nature and hence cannot be returned for resale. As such, all sales are final. We do not offer any right of recession, return of goods or cancellation. If you are not sure you need our services, do not place an order.  We will not refund the cost of MT-400 to you if you change your mind or if you do not pass the means test. We issue a refund only if the court clerk rejects our documents and we are unable to correct them. If you are not sure that you want to order the test, stop now and do not continue. To repeat, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not share your information with any other companies. Credit card details will be handled securely to ensure confidentiality. SSL encryption is employed to ensure sensitive data is protected.
